LoopLab website
When you uninstall the extension

LoopLab does not send your loops, notes, library, viewing history, or subtitle text to the developer or anyone else.
When you use the Support form or Notify me about Pro on this website, we receive your email address, the product and topic you choose, your message, and any image you attach. They are delivered to us by email through our email provider (Resend).
We use them only to reply to you or, for Pro sign-ups, to tell you when LoopLab Pro is released. We do not sell them or add you to other mailing lists. To have your messages or sign-up deleted, contact us through the Support page.
Usage statistics (optional). LoopLab asks once whether you want to share anonymous feature-usage counts. Nothing is sent unless you choose "Share usage counts" (or turn on "Usage stats" in the panel footer). If you do, LoopLab sends events such as "a loop was saved" or "Review finished", with coarse counts (e.g. "2–5 loops"), the extension version, and the subtitle language code (e.g. "de"), together with a random ID created on your device. It never sends video titles, links, subtitles, words, searches, translations, or notes, and the ID is not linked to your Google, Chrome, or YouTube account. The events are processed by PostHog (PostHog Cloud, United States); like any web request, the connection reveals your IP address, and LoopLab's PostHog project is set to discard it. Turning "Usage stats" off stops sending at once, discards unsent events, and deletes the ID. Events already sent are kept for up to about one year; to ask for deletion, contact Support.
Children. LoopLab is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.
